Three largest accommodation segments in Ukraine’s capital are (a) hotels (about 200 properties), (b) rental homes and apartments (over 50,000 properties), and (c) hostels & dormitories (about 200 properties). Motels, mobile homes and camping segments are apparently less developed here. Quality of services and prices vary a lot between and within the market segments.
