There is quite a large pool of providers of communication services in Kyiv. The private sector providers dominate in most market segments and offer diverse and high quality services at low-to-reasonable costs.

In addition to the primary providers of phone and Internet services (telecommunication companies), there are many organisations that provide access to the Internet and sometimes phone services in Kyiv – hotels, restaurants and cafes, coworking spaces, public libraries, and others.

Similarly, in addition to the primary providers of delivery services (mail and freight delivery companies), there are alternative providers of those services – courier service companies, taxi companies, transportation companies, and individual couriers operating in Kyiv.
